Welcome to VIBE Reiki and Apothecary, a Reiki practice and training space in Golden, British Columbia.
At VIBE, Reiki is about connection - to your energy, your intuition, and yourself. Whether you're receiving Reiki or learning to work with it yourself, the intention is simple: to create space to slow down, replenish, and return to balance.
Through private Reiki sessions, small-group classes, and thoughtfully crafted offerings, VIBE is a space to reconnect with yourself and move forward from a grounded, supported place.

REIKI
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing. During a session, you simply rest while Reiki is offered through light touch or hands held just above the body.
At VIBE, a Reiki session isn't about searching for what's wrong or trying to force something to shift. It's an opportunity to slow down, settle deeply, and receive.
My approach is centered on restoration - creating a quiet, supportive space where you can replenish your energy, reconnect with yourself, and allow your inner wisdom to lead the way.
Reiki can also be a beautiful way to awaken or deepen your connection to your own intuition and natural healing gifts - learning to notice, trust, and work with what is already within you.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is give ourselves the space to come back to ourselves.

FLOWER ESSENCES
Flower essences are gentle energetic remedies that capture the vibrational essence of a flower and are traditionally used to support emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal growth. You may already be familiar with flower essences through Bach remedies such as Rescue Remedy.
Each blend in the VIBE Flower Essence collection pairs the unique qualities of a specific blossom with a complementary gemstone. Created intuitively and infused with Reiki, each essence is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and connect more deeply with yourself.

WestWick is a wildcrafting collective created by three best friends with a shared love of nature, creativity, and intentional living. Together, we create beautiful, small-batch offerings with wellness, ritual, and connection in mind.
As one of the three women behind WestWick, I'm proud to bring our creations to VIBE. Inspired by the natural world, everything we make is an extension of our friendship, creativity, and shared belief in bringing a little more magic to everyday life.

ABOUT
Hi, I'm Kim - the heart and hands behind VIBE Reiki and Apothecary in Golden, British Columbia
My relationship with Reiki began long before I ever imagined teaching it. I first became connected to Reiki energy in 2009 as part of my own healing journey, and that connection quietly stayed with me for years. In 2018, I began my formal training to work with Reiki for others, eventually becoming a Reiki Master in 2020 and stepping into teaching in 2023. What began as something deeply personal has grown into a practice I've spent years learning, experiencing, and making my own.
Through VIBE, I offer private Reiki sessions and small-group Reiki training from Level 1 through Master. Whether I'm holding space for someone to rest and restore or teaching a student to connect with Reiki for themselves, my approach comes back to the same belief: we already carry so much of what we're looking for within us.
VIBE is also home to my small-batch apothecary - a creative extension of my love for plants, energy, and intentional living.
For me, Reiki isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about creating space to reconnect with yourself, trust your own intuition, and remember - it's all in your hands.
